Kaili Worcester
Clinical Support Specialist
Kaili grew up in Powell Ohio and attended Olentangy Liberty High School before continuing her education at Wittenberg University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science and played collegiate volleyball. Her experiences as both a student and an athlete helped spark her passion for physical therapy and helping others return to the activities they love. She has gained experience in a variety of physical therapy settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and rehabilitation environments. She will be attending Elon University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program to continue working toward her goal of becoming a physical therapist.
Kaili earned her Bachelor of Science from Wittenberg University and previously worked at OID Physical Therapy before coming here. She has also completed observation hours in several different physical therapy settings, which has given her additional exposure to patient care and the profession.
Favorite QUOTE
“Treat people the way you want to be treated.”
– Kaili’s mom raised her by this saying, and it has always stuck with her. She thinks it connects closely to the profession she wants to go into because physical therapy is so patient-centered. She wants every patient she works with to feel respected, supported, and cared for in the same way she would want herself or a family member to be treated.
Core Values
The core values that drive Kaili are kindness, respect, hard work, and faith. She tries to treat others the way she would want to be treated, stay dependable in everything she does, and approach challenges with a positive attitude. She also values helping others and being someone people can trust and feel comfortable around.

Kaili helps support the physical therapists and patients throughout their visits by assisting with exercises, preparing treatment areas, and helping things run smoothly in the clinic. She enjoys working directly with patients, encouraging them throughout their recovery, and learning more about the physical therapy profession as she prepares to attend PT school.
Kaili really likes how close everyone is at Mangrum PT, both with each other and with the patients. She feels it is very personal and welcoming, and that she is treated like a valued part of the team rather than just another employee. She also likes how everyone works together to create a comfortable environment where patients feel known and cared for.
Something Kaili would want to help fix is when patients feel like they are just another number instead of a person. Going through an injury or recovery can already be frustrating, so she thinks it is important for patients to feel heard, understood, and involved in their care. She wants to help create an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, understand why they are doing certain exercises, and feel supported throughout their recovery.
Outside Of Work
Kaili enjoys staying active and spending time with the people she’s close to. In her free time, she loves cooking and baking, spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, working out, playing volleyball, and going out and trying new things.
