I grew up in Stockton, California and moved to NC a year after my parents (Dr. Adio and Jenni Mangrum) moved here. I just recently graduated from Alamance community college with my Associate in Science and I will be going to nursing school next year.

Core Values

I am passionate about creating a supportive, reassuring experience and everyday look forward to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from their first conversation through every stage of their journey with us. I have a strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping others. My dedication to patient care grew from my own healthcare journey. I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at just 18 months old and spent many years advocating for the Arthritis foundation. I developed an early understanding of the healthcare system that inspired my passion for compassionate, patient-centered advocacy

Something patients have to deal with that you want to fix?

Patients often have to deal with feeling rushed, confused, or passed between different people. I want to fix that by being a consistent, warm point of contact and by making sure patients feel heard, supported, and receive clear, timely information.

What do you like about working here?

I am proud to be part of a family-run practice that treats patients like family and is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where healing and confidence can begin. I really enjoy it when patients stop by and talk about how much we’ve helped them.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I like to paint and read.
